Brought on behalf of everyone harmed by the bus crash at the interchange on Wine Country Drive near Greta on 11 June 2023: people injured in the crash itself, close family members and people who were at the scene who developed a recognisable psychiatric illness, and those who lost financial support through a death in the crash. It claims that Transport for NSW, the company that designed and built the interchange and the company that certified that work were negligent in producing an interchange that was unsafe for a bus.
