Register your interest in a class action
Registering lets us keep you informed about the proceeding and send you court notices as they are published. It does not make you a client, and it is not the same as opting out.
What happens next
We add you to the contact list for the matter you select. When the Court orders a notice to be published, we email it to you. You can ask to be removed at any time.
Opting out is different
If you do not want to be bound by the outcome of a proceeding, you must lodge the Court's Opt-Out Notice with the Court and our firm before the date the Court has fixed. The notice and the date are on the matter page.
